After you submit a completed questionnaire/enquiry form on our website for supported independent living services and its been approved, it can take up to two months to get a new home ready. If there is a current vacancy and it suits you, then that time frame will be considerably shorter.

SIL funding has three levels:
Lower needs: Help with, and/or supervision of daily living tasks. In most cases, 24/7 support is not provided.
Standard needs: 24/7 assistance with day-to-day functioning. This includes overnight support.
Higher needs: Support with all daily activities, as well as challenging behaviour management and care for complex medical requirements.
